薄膜电容器故障分析以及处理措施

  薄膜电容器在使用过程中出现问题怎么办?电解电容厂家根据多年从事电子元器件行业的经验发现,薄膜电容器常见问题的故障有以下3个原因。

  How to deal with the problems in the use of thin film capacitors? According to years of experience in electronic components industry, electrolytic capacitor manufacturers found that there are three reasons for common problems of thin film capacitors.

  一、环境温度高

  High ambient temperature

  由于薄膜电容器的工作环境整体通风条件差,室内温度高达48C以k,由此可见环境温度过高是引起电容爆炸的原因之。

  二、电压极不稳定

  The voltage is extremely unstable

  从公式QC=2π fCV2中可以看出:电容器的无功容量与电压的平方成正比。当电压降低时,电容器的无功容輦将按电乐的平方成正比地相应减少,即电容器的容量得不到充分利用。当运行电压升高时会使电容器的温升增加,甚至使电容器的热T衡破坏而引起电容器爆炸。因此因标规定:电容器允许在1.1倍额定电压下长期运行,但每24h内在1.15倍额定电压下运行的时间不得超过30min.

  压极不稳定,电压波动范围为0. 9Ue - 1.15Ue (Ue为额定电压400V),用电时常在450V左右,运行时间长达Th,这是造成电容爆炸烧坏的原因。

  三、谐波电流的存在

  The existence of harmonic current

  谐波电流的存在常使电容器发生异常的响声,严重时引起电容器膨胀,这是引起电容器保炸的原因之三。发生这种情况的主要原因是:

  (1)高次谐波电流叠加于基波电流,使电容器总电流增大:

  (2)某一高次谐波在系统感抗和电容器容抗之间引起并联谐振,使流入电容器的电流成信增长:

  A higher harmonic causes parallel resonance between the system inductance and capacitor capacitance reactance, which makes the current flowing into the capacitor increase

  (3)电容器内部对某一高次谐波发生局部串联谐振,从而引起过负荷。

  处理措施

  Treatment measures

  为了防止这些情况发生,可以在补偿电容器组的每相内串按一个空心电抗器来限制电流。使电容电路的合成电抗对于高次谐波而言,变为感性电抗。若选择串联电抗器的电抗使5次谐波谐振时,则5次谐波被短路,对5饮谐铍以上的高次谐波,因电容回路变为电感性,所以波形被改善,从而根本上消除了产生谐振的可能。

The synthetic reactance of capacitor circuit is changed into inductive reactance for higher harmonic.
