铝电解电容的使用范围比较广泛,在使用过程中有几点是需要特别注意的。
Aluminum electrolytic capacitor is widely used, and several points need special attention in the process of use.
1.铝电解电容器分正负极,不应加反向电压或交流电压。对可能出现反向电压的电路,应选择无极性电容器。注意:即使无极性电容器,也不能直接用于交流电路。
Aluminum electrolytic capacitor is divided into positive and negative poles, and reverse voltage or AC voltage shall not be applied. For the circuit that may have reverse voltage, the non-polar capacitor should be selected. Note: even nonpolar capacitors cannot be directly used in AC circuits.
2.对需要快速充放电的电路,不能使用铝电解电容器,而应选择特别设计的具有较长寿命的电容器。
For the circuit which needs fast charge and discharge, aluminum electrolytic capacitor should not be used, but the capacitor with long life should be selected.
3.不应使用超载电压。
Overload voltage should not be used.
4.直流电压和纹波电流叠加后的峰值电压不应超过额定工作电压。
The peak voltage after superposition of DC voltage and ripple current should not exceed the rated working voltage.
5.若两个以上电容器串联,应确保施加电压低于额定值,而且要并联一个平衡电阻,以使每个电容器所加电压相等。
If more than two capacitors are connected in series, make sure that the applied voltage is lower than the rated value, and a balance resistor should be connected in parallel to make the voltage of each capacitor equal.
6.电容器使用温度与寿命的关系
Relationship between service temperature and service life of capacitor
请勿让电容器使用超出电容器最高工作温度,电容器的寿命取决于使用温度,一般状况下使用温度每降低10℃,预期寿命延长一倍,故尽可能在低温下使用电容器。
Do not extend the service life of the capacitor by 10 ℃ according to the service life of the capacitor.
