铝电解电容的额电电压和耐压值

  我们都知道铝电解电容在规定的工作温度范围内,可长期稳定的工作,但却不知道铝电解电容能够承受的最大电压是多少。

  We all know that the aluminum electrolytic capacitor can work stably for a long time within the specified working temperature range, but we don't know the maximum voltage that the aluminum electrolytic capacitor can withstand.

  在交流电路中,要注意所加的交流电压最大值不能超过电容的直流工作电压值。

  In the AC circuit, it should be noted that the maximum AC voltage applied should not exceed the DC working voltage of the capacitor.

  铝电解电容的额定工作电压有6.3V、10V、16V、25V、50V、63V、100V、250V、400V、500V、630V。电容在电路中实际要承受的电压不能超过它的耐压值。

  The commonly used working voltages of fixed capacitors are 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, 63v, 100V, 250V, 400V, 500V and 630V. The actual voltage that the capacitor should bear in the circuit should not exceed its withstand voltage value.

  在滤波电路中,电容的耐压值不要小于交流有效值的1.42倍。

  另外还要注意的一个问题是工作电压裕量的问题,一般来说要在15%以上。虽然说, 48V的工作电压使用50V的铝电解电容短时间不会出现问题,但使用久了,寿命就有可能降低。

Although it is said that the working voltage of 48V and the use of 50V aluminum electrolytic capacitor will not cause problems in a short time, but the service life may be reduced if it is used for a long time.

  如果在电解电容的工作环境中,保证在额定电压具有较多的余裕,就能够降低内阻、降低漏电流、降低损失角、增加寿命。

  If there is more margin at rated voltage in the working environment of aluminum electrolytic capacitor, the internal resistance, leakage current, loss angle and service life can be reduced.
