贴片铝电解电容使用电解液的优势和不足

  阳极为铝,阴极为电解液的电容,其正式名称是铝电解电容器,因为有液态存在,所以被称为“液态”电容。

  The anode is aluminum and the cathode is electrolyte. Its official name is aluminum electrolytic capacitor. Because there is liquid, it is called "liquid" capacitor.

  理论上,或非商品的铝电解电容并不需要额外的负极板,只要将负极引线插入电解液就行了。但作为实际产品,加一层铝箔作为电解液的引导,方面链接,因为也是与正极板类似的铝箔,所以常被误解为负极板。

  Theoretically, or non-commercial aluminum electrolytic capacitors do not need an additional negative plate, just insert the negative lead into the electrolyte.   而电解液是最传统的电解质,电解液是由GAMMAD丁内酯有机溶剂加弱酸盐电容质经过加热得到的。普通意义上的铝电解电容的阴极,都是这种电解液。

  The electrolyte is the most traditional electrolyte, which is obtained by heating gamma butyrolactone organic solvent and weak acid salt capacitor. Generally speaking, the cathode of aluminum electrolytic capacitor is this kind of electrolyte.

  当贴片铝电解电容使用电解液阴极有不少好处?

  When chip aluminum electrolytic capacitor uses electrolyte cathode, there are many advantages?

  首先,在于液体与介质的接触面积较大,这样对提升电容量有帮助;

  Firstly, the contact area between the liquid and the medium is large, which is helpful to improve the capacitance;

  其次,使用电解液耐高温能力不错,可使用SMT工艺,同时耐压性也比较强;

  Secondly, the high temperature resistance of electrolyte is good, SMT process can be used, and the pressure resistance is relatively strong;

  此外,使用电解液做阴极的电解电容,当介质被击穿之后,只要击穿电流不持续,那么电容能够自愈(金属氧化物可以自动生成)。

  In addition, when the dielectric is broken down, as long as the breakdown current does not last, the capacitor can self-healing (metal oxide can be generated automatically).

  电解液电容也有其不足处:

  首先是在高温环境下容易挥发、渗漏、对寿命和稳定性影响很大,在高温高压下的电解液还有可能瞬间汽化,体积增大引起爆炸;

  First of all, it is easy to volatilize and leak in high temperature environment, which has great influence on life and stability;

  其次是电解液所采用的离子导电法其导电率很低,只有0.01S/CM(电导率,欧姆的倒数),这造成电容的ESR值(等效串联电阻、阻抗)特别高。

  Secondly, the ionic conductivity method used in the electrolyte is very low, only 0.01s/cm (the reciprocal of conductivity and Ohm), which makes the ESR value of capacitance (equivalent series resistance and impedance) extremely high.
