判断贴片电容好坏的两个方式

  判断贴片电容好坏是采购电容的必备技能,电解电容厂家总结出两种不同的判断方法,一是观察外观、尺寸及颜色,二是用数字电桥来检测。

  第一:观察

  如果是一个质量合格的贴片电容的话,那么外观尺寸应该是和外面标注的尺寸或者说明书上面以及外包装上面标注的尺寸是一致的,但如果你手头拿到一个贴片电容,我发现这个外观尺寸好像有些改变,比如说有轻微的瑕疵或者轻微的裂痕,那这个外观的尺寸就可能会有一些问题了,那间接的有可能说明这个电容出现一些问题。

  其次看锡脚,锡脚如有黑点、缺陷、裂纹、锡脚包边上下比例不协调等不良说明所以这样的好坏通过肉眼去看就可以大致的判断出来。

  还可以看颜色,如果是正常出厂的正常的电容的话,那么外观颜色是均匀的,同一批次不会出现发黑和发灰等色差现象,但如果当你拿到一款贴片电容的时候,肉眼观察发现这个外面的颜色就已经发黑了,甚至像烟熏的那种颜色,那可能就说明这个电容出现了一些问题了,而且这种电容在安装的时候是不能够安装上去的,应该进行检测,如果检测不合格,那就说明电容有问题。

  第二:用数字电桥来进行检测

  检测的过程很简单,就是直接把电桥调到相应的档位,然后用电桥夹具,将电容的两个锡脚全部都接通短路。然后这个时候来观察读数,稳定之后的读数,如果和这个电容的说明书上面的读数的电容值是保持一致的,或者是偏差非常的小在正常误差范围内,那说明这个电容应该是没有问题的。
