　　(1)电容器的工作电压必须低于额定电压，不得超过额定电压使用。例如：工作电压为12V时，可选额定电压16～25V；工作电压为5v时，可选6～10V；工作电压为3.3V时，可选4～6V。

　　(2)片状电容器可以大电压替代小电压。例如：电路需要一个10V的1UF电容，可以用16V的1UF电容替代。

　　The chip capacitor can replace the small voltage with high voltage. For example: the circuit needs a 10V 1uF capacitor, which can be replaced by a 16V 1uF capacitor.

　　(3)应合理地选择电容器精度及材料类别。市售的片状电容器的精度在0.01μF以下的，其精度可达J级(±5%)；在0.01μF以上，则J级较少，以K级(±lO%)居多；在0.1μF以上，则以M级(±20%)为主。

　　(4)市场上尺寸代码为0805片状电容器的容量规格（系列）最齐全，而0603一些的容量可能会缺货。在生产批量不太大时，为防止市场缺货而影响生产，可以将焊盘稍作延伸，使它能适用于0603及0805，避免造成因缺件而停产。

　　The capacity specifications (Series) of chip capacitors with size code 0805 are the most complete on the market, while some capacities of 0603 may be out of stock. 　　(5)片状多层陶瓷电容器都是卷装的，型号在带盘上，而电容器上无任何标志。虽然可以用测量方法知道其容量，但很难区别材料类别的精度等级。因此在使用过程中，特别是手工装配时务必小心。

　　(6)敞开式片状微调电容器不能用波峰焊，而封闭式片状微调电容器可用波峰焊。

　　(7)片状电容器普遍采用多层结构，在使用时有些人采用烙铁手工焊接，此时一定要注意焊接速度，避免过热，造成基化端头因温差大而断裂，使容量下降。
