  1.用电容档直接检测

  Use capacitor to detect directly

  某些数字万用表具有测量电容的功能,其量程分为2000p、20n、200n、2μ和20μ五档。测量时可将已放电的电容两引脚直接插入表板上的Cx插孔,选取适当的量程后就可读取显示数据。

  Some digital multimeters have the function of measuring capacitance. Their ranges are 2000p, 20n, 200N, 2 μ and 20 μ. When measuring, the two pins of the discharged capacitor can be directly inserted into the CX jack on the meter board. After selecting the appropriate range, the display data can be read.

  2.用电阻档检测

  实践证明,利用数字万用表也可观察电容器的充电过程,这实际上是以离散的数字量反映充电电压的变化情况。设数字万用表的测量速率为n次/秒,则在观察电容器的充电过程中,每秒钟即可看到n个彼此独立且依次增大的读数。根据数字万用表的这一显示特点,可以检测电容器的好坏和估测电容量的大小。

  3.用电压档检测

  用数字万用表直流电压档检测电容器,实际上是一种间接测量法,此法可测量220pF~1μF的小容量电容器,并且能精确测出电容器漏电流的大小。

  In fact, it is an indirect measurement method to detect capacitors by DC voltage level of digital multimeter. This method can measure 220pF ~ 1 μ f small capacity capacitor and accurately measure the leakage current of capacitor.

  用电容档测量电容时,若显示的读数远小于标称值,说明该电解电容已损坏。对于铝电解电容来说,若显示的读数远小于标称值,说明电容内部电解质已干涸,不能使用了。若测量击穿损坏的电容,则万用表显示的读数为“1”。对于漏电大的电容,用电容档测量时,显示的读数会显著高于其标称值。

  When measuring the capacitance with a capacitor, if the displayed reading is far less than the nominal value, it indicates that the capacitor has been damaged. For aluminum electrolytic capacitor, if the displayed reading is far less than the nominal value, it means that the electrolyte inside the capacitor has dried up and can not be used. If the capacitance damaged by breakdown is measured, the reading of the multimeter is "1". For the capacitance with large leakage, the display reading will be significantly higher than its nominal value.
