常见的变频器电解电容器损坏的3个原因

  任何产品使用不当或者使用时间过长都会出现损坏的现象,夏季空调的使用频率增加,有时候会莫名其妙的断电,其中有可能是电容器元件损坏了。为什么在变频器中电解电容会损坏呢?

  1、整流管损坏

  The rectifier tube is damaged

  当整流桥中有一个整流管被击穿时,整流后的电压将出现交流成分,滤波电容器上出现反向电压,滤波电容器因此而损坏。

  When a rectifier tube in the rectifier bridge is broken down, AC component will appear in the rectified voltage, and the filter capacitor will be damaged due to the reverse voltage on the filter capacitor.

  2、电压分配不均

  Uneven voltage distribution

  当均压电阻中有一个损坏时,互相串联的两组电容器上的电压分配变得不均衡,则电压较高的电容器容易损坏。

  When one of the equalizing resistors is damaged, the voltage distribution on the two series capacitors becomes unbalanced, and the capacitor with higher voltage is easy to be damaged.

  3、电容器漏电电流过大

  Excessive leakage current of capacitor

  电解电容接入电路时,是存在漏电流的。正常情况下,漏电流是很小的。但如果由于电容器老化,或由于电容器本身的质量较差等原因,漏电流将增大,使电解电容器将因严重发热而损坏。

  When the electrolytic capacitor is connected to the circuit, there is leakage current. Under normal conditions, the leakage current is very small. However, if the leakage current will increase due to the aging of capacitor or poor quality of capacitor itself, the electrolytic capacitor will be damaged due to serious heating.
