  对于电子元器件而言,在相对理想的工作温度范围内会延长其使用寿命,那么在使用瓷片电容时,适合的温度范围是多少?超过会怎样?

  For electronic components, the service life will be prolonged in a relatively ideal working temperature range. What is the suitable temperature range for ceramic capacitor? What happens if we exceed it?

  瓷片电容是在线路板中的一种蓝色圆片形电容,精莹透亮,产品上印字有容量和电压。

  Ceramic capacitor is a kind of blue round chip capacitor in circuit board. It is crystal clear and transparent. There are capacity and voltage printed on the product.

  瓷片电容又分高压瓷片电容及低压瓷片电容。

  The ceramic capacitor is divided into high-voltage ceramic capacitor and low-voltage ceramic capacitor.

  选购瓷片电容的时候,从厂家提供的规格书可以看到很多的参数,比如容量;电压;误差;耐压;脚距;脚长等,那么工作温度在哪?瓷片电容的工作温度范围是多少呢

  When purchasing ceramic capacitor, many parameters can be seen from the specification provided by the manufacturer, such as capacity; voltage; error; withstand voltage; foot distance; foot length, etc. What is the working temperature? What is the working temperature range of ceramic capacitor

  瓷片电容中,有分三种特性,Y5P;Y5U;Y5V,特性不同,对应的工作温度也会不同。详见下图。

  There are three kinds of characteristics in ceramic capacitor: Y5P; Y5U; Y5V. Different characteristics will lead to different working temperature. See the figure below.

  瓷片电容用Y5U及Y5P特性的,变化率为 22%-65% 。用Y5V特性的,变化率为 30%-80% 。-25℃ ~ 85℃ 都是瓷片电容的工作温度。意思就是瓷片电容可以在两种极端的温度下工作。不受影响。

  The change rate of Y5U and Y5P is 22% - 65%. With Y5V characteristic, the change rate is 30% - 80%. -25 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ are the working temperature of ceramic capacitor. This means that ceramic capacitors can work at two extreme temperatures. Not affected.

  超过瓷片电容的工作温度范围使用,就是超过-40℃~+85℃这个温度会怎样呢?如果超过,使用寿命会缩短。

  If the temperature exceeds the working temperature range of ceramic capacitor, that is, it is over - 40 ℃ ~ + 85 ℃. What will happen to this temperature? If exceeded, the service life will be shortened.

  工作温度过高或过低时,如果瓷片电容容量下降过多,就会影响性能,造成失效。电容器通常并不会坏,而是出现失效状况,没法工作。建议是在相对常温环境下使用。

  When the working temperature is too high or too low, if the capacitance of the ceramic chip drops too much, it will affect the performance and cause failure. Capacitors are usually not broken, but fail to work. It is recommended to be used at relatively normal temperature.
